Oil Tank Floating Cover

OIL TANK FLOATING COVER is a manufactured by lightweight aluminum honeycomb panels.  Durability of our adhesive strength is continuously developing the products in order to meet customer needs and class requirements considering design, easy installation, fire protection and sound properties.

Honeycomb panel is consists of strain-hardened hexagonal shape of honeycomb core and two sheets of metal surfaces. Its high strength to weight ratio and excellent resistance to deflection so it can make walling, ceilings, partition wall and various kinds of furniture application in maritime vessels. 

Feature
•   Normal aluminum skins are used in 0.8 mm thickness for mill-finish skins.  Aluminum skins are minimum
     of 0.5 mm and up to 2.0 mm thickness.  However, this specification depends on the customers requirements
     and its applications. 
•   Aluminium reinforcement sheets can be selected with different thicknesses on different faces: for example,
    1.0mm for front face, 0.5mm for back face for weight savings
•   Aluminium sheets of front and back skin are 3003 industrial alloy for maximum strength.
•   Easy and fast installation on severe job site in ship building yards
